Email that contains or suspected to contain malware (software that is intended to damage or disable computers and computer systems) is sent to your quarantine by default. If you are expecting an email and it is not in your inbox or junk folder, check your quarantine. Within quarantine, there are two sections: spam and bulk. You will want to check both! Once you release it from quarantine, it will appear in your inbox for you to read.
