Customize Google Form Headers

Are you tired of the same old boring canned images to choose from for your Google Forms header? You can create your own and customize it any way you want! You can customize a Google Slide to add color, images, words, or phrases to fit the content of your Google Form and make your Forms look fun and colorful. For example, if your Google Form is a Math test, you can make your header to be Math themed. If you’re sending out a parent sign up sheet, you can customize it to fit the theme of whatever people are signing up for. You can also add your Bitmoji in the image as well!

Check out the following examples:

Follow the steps to create your own!

Step 1: Create a New Google Presentation

Step 2: Edit the Presentation

To do this, select File then Page Setup. From there, you will need to select Custom and insert the dimensions of your presentation to 16.17 x 4.17 inches.

Step 3: Customize the Presentation

Once you have the correct dimensions set up, you can edit the page any way you want to align with the curriculum content you are assigning in the Google Form.

Step 4: Download the Page as an Image

Once you have your presentation the way you want it, go to File > Download > JPEG image.

Step 5: Upload the Image to the Google Form

You will then upload the image in Google Forms by selecting the Customize Theme option. Under Header, select Choose image. You will then have the option to upload an image from your computer. Find the image you downloaded from your Google Presentation, and there you have it!
